Sales & Marketing Manager | For German universty Graduates/students at mieterConnect

This role is only for a german university students or graduates who have completed their graduation in the last 5 years and are living in germany

We are a Cologne-based PropTech startup digitising communication between tenants and property management companies in Germany.

We are looking for a driven Sales & Marketing Manager to help us grow as a founding member. You will be the first sales hire, working directly with the founder.

What you will do:

• Acquire property management companies — by phone, in person, and online

• Run product demos and onboard early customers

• Attend regional real estate events and industry networks

What you need:

• Professionally fluent German at C2 level, both written and spoken, as all customer communication takes place in German

• Genuine enjoyment of direct customer contact — on the phone and face-to-face

• Self-starter attitude and ability to work independently

• Experience in sales or real estate is a plus, but not required
