Private Equity working student role/ position

Legacy Partners (https://www.legacy-partners.de/) is a newly launched, Berlin-based Private Equity investment company of Christopher von Wedemeyer, the founder of DrSmile (~600 employees, 10+ locations, and +€200m in revenue). The company specializes in direct investments in small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) and aims to become Germany's leading platform for search funds / Management Buy-ins. Beyond providing capital, Legacy Partners offers operational support, leveraging its team's extensive expertise in top-tier consulting, M&A, investment banking, and hands-on experience in building and scaling companies. Legacy focuses on acquiring businesses in the DACH region with stable cash flows, a high proportion of recurring revenues, and strong growth potential. We are currently seeking a motivated and ambitious working student to join our team. This role is ideal for students eager to gain hands-on experience in entrepreneurship and the private equity sector.

Das sind deine Aufgaben:

• As a working student, you will primarily support our investment team in the search for suitable companies, support with origination activities and work on due diligence assignments.

Das bringst du mit:

• Very good academic performance
• First professional experience or relevant internships in M&A, PE or consulting
• Excellent analytical skills with regard to the evaluation of markets and business models
• Above-average motivation, high resilience and strong teamwork skills
• Thorough knowledge of Powerpoint and Excel
• Strong proficiency in German and English (verbal and written)
• Availability for ideally 6 months
