Working Student/Intern Business Intelligence (m/f/d)

Location: Berlin Mitte or Remote | Working Student: 20+ hrs/week (more during semester breaks) | Intern: min. 30 hrs/week, min. 4 months

Your role

You sit inside our BI function and turn raw account and product data into decisions for senior stakeholders. You build both ad-hoc analyses and automated reports — and you do it in a way that other people can run after you. Dashboards that live, not slides that die.

Your responsibilities

1. Account-based analyses: usage, revenue, retention, segmentation
2. Product-based analyses: feature adoption, funnel performance, cohort behavior
3. Ad-hoc deep dives for KAM, Services, BD and leadership
4. Building and maintaining automated reports and dashboards in Tableau, Salesforce and Claude
5. Defining and documenting metrics so the same number means the same thing across teams
6. Partnering with stakeholders to translate fuzzy questions into clear analytical scopes

Your profile

1. At least 2 years of university tenure (Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, Math/Statistics or similar)
2. Internship: significant relevant internship experience required
3. Highly independent, strong self-organization, fast and high-quality delivery
4. Strong data-driven mindset: solid SQL, comfortable structuring messy datasets
5. Hands-on experience with Tableau (or comparable BI tool); ideally also Salesforce reporting
6. Fluent English; German is a plus
7. Plus: working with Claude (Design/Cowork) or Google Gemini for analysis workflows; ideally vertical AI solutions for sales and marketing analytics
