As our Intern Recruitment , you…

  • work closely with the HR Manager and the hiring managers to define the requirements of the positions to be filled and to create adequate job ads
  • support to identify high quality candidates to fill key roles for Clark
  • interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Xing, Stackoverflow.) and craft and send recruiting emails.
  • support to identify high qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)
  • ask for referrals from current employees and external networks and promote our employer brand online and offline
  • maintain and manage our database and Application Tracking System (ATS)
  • ensure a high level of service - both externally and internally - and play a key role in shaping our recruiting strategy
  • support in ad hoc recruiting projects that cover a wide range of topics

 

Your background, you…

  • already gained already some experience in talent sourcing, HR Assistance or similar field
  • have gained some experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
  • have the ability to solve problems and think creatively around strategies for identifying quality talent
  • have the ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
  • have effective time-management abilities
  • have a BSc. degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Communications or in a relevant field
  • have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • are fluent in both German and English
  • are passionate about providing a unique experience to each candidate that enters the interview process at Clark
  • have great organizational skills, know how to prioritize tasks and handle your time effectively
  • and last but not least: You are ready to turn the insurance market into good
