As a Working Student in our Accounting & Finance team, you will support day-to-day financial operations and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment. This is a great opportunity to apply your academic knowledge, develop practical skills, and contribute to real business processes.

What to expect

1. Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes
2. Support automated workflows from our Pre-accounting tool, Payhawk, into the ERP System NetSuite
3. Help prepare financial reports and documentation
4. Collaborate with internal departments and external partners
5. Participate in ad hoc projects and process improvements

Your profile in short

1. Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
2. Strong interest in accounting and financial processes
3. Basic knowledge of accounting principles (e.g., IFRS or HGB is a plus)
4. Proficient in MS Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus
5. Detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn
6. Fluent in English and German
