Student trainee in Sales & Marketing (m/f/d) – Niche Perfumery Wiesbaden

We are a high-end international fragrance house based in Wiesbaden, with an artistic approach to fragrance. Our brands Alendor and Scentario are created together with perfumers in Paris and produced in France in small batches, where German design precision meets French perfumery. We are a small team working across different countries, with concept development, design, sourcing, marketing and sales handled in-house. Our working language is English. For this position we are looking for a native German speaker to support us as we build our distribution in German-speaking markets.

Your tasks

1. Keeping in contact with perfumeries across the German-speaking market and following up on our enquiries
2. Building and maintaining long-term contacts
3. Supporting our sales operations and coordination - Preparing sample shipments and handling logistics arrangements
4. Involvement in marketing initiatives
5. Supporting day-to-day business

Your profile

1. Ongoing Bachelor's or Master's studies - German at native level and fluent English — you will work in English with our team and in German with our customers
2. Enjoyment of speaking on the phone and a confident, friendly and polished manner - Interest in high-end perfumery and cosmetics
3. Experience in luxury, high-end perfumery or a related industry is a plus

We pay €17- 18 per hour and offer flexible scheduling of your working days. You will join a small team with short paths and real responsibility from day one, with insight into an international niche brand from development through to retail — and the chance to learn a market from the ground up, alongside the people who built it. We are a small company, and we keep the people who prove themselves.

A mandatory internship is also possible.

Salary: from €17.00 per hour

Expected working hours: at least 10 per week
