About the Kraftletics training concept and our gym Black Box Athletics: Kraftletics is a unique training concept that blends strength, endurance, and community spirit into a transformative fitness experience. As a small but growing studio, we pride ourselves on fostering a vibrant and inclusive environment for fitness enthusiasts. We are looking for a motivated and creative team member to support our marketing efforts and help expand our reach in the local community.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Local Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute local community outreach initiatives, build cooperations with local businesses, and organize sports and team events to promote Kraftletics.
2. E-mail Marketing: Create and manage email marketing campaigns to engage current members and attract new clients.Copywriting: Creative and precise content in both english and german
3. Social Media Marketing: Develop, schedule, and analyze social media content across platforms using Meta Business Suite.
4. Video Content Creation: Produce engaging video content showcasing Kraftletics’ unique training concept and events.
5. Graphic Content Creation: Design visually appealing content using Canva for various marketing channels.
6. SAO and SEO: Optimize our website (Wix-based) for search engines and ensure visibility in local search results.

Your Profile:

1. Bilingual: Fluent English and native-level German
2. Strong communication skills and a creative mindset.
3. Results oriented, self-reliant and directed.
4. Sociable, outgoing individual with a positive attitude and a passion for connecting with local businesses and building partnerships.
5. Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Google Docs, Wix, Meta Business Suite, Instagram, Facebook, and Final Cut Pro.
6. Basic understanding of SEO/SAO principles. A passion for fitness and community-driven initiatives is a plus.
