Deine Aufgaben
- You take on leadership responsibilities for the People Reward, People Development & Operations Team
- You are responsible for personnel administration and contract management for all employees in the stores as well as in the head office in the Netherlands
- You also handle the preparation of payroll for our external service provider.
- You design and optimize processes in operational HR management to improve HR data quality and make internal workflows more efficient
- In regular reporting, such as budget planning, you collaborate with the headquarters in the UK and create data analyses for various stakeholders
- You have a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification, such as completed vocational training with relevant professional experience
- You bring extensive professional experience in personnel administration/people operations
- You have leadership experience in a dynamic environment, ideally in retail
- You combine strategic vision with a hands-on mentality to drive operational processes forward with your team
- Ideally, you are highly proficient in MS 365 to fully leverage the tools it offers
- You have strong knowledge of labor and social security law
- Excellent Dutch and English language skills, both spoken and written, complete your profile
