Barista / Service Staff (m/f/d)

Barista / Service Staff wanted – experience is a plus, but motivated beginners are welcome

We are looking for a motivated and friendly Barista / Service Staff member to join our team in Düsseldorf.

In this role, you will prepare high-quality coffee beverages, provide excellent customer service, and help create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. If you already have experience, that’s great — if not, we are happy to train motivated candidates.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages according to our quality standards
2. Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
3. Take customer orders and process payments
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and service area
5. Ensure smooth daily operations in the café
6. Assist customers with product recommendations
7. Support inventory management and restocking supplies
8. Help during special promotions or events when needed

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in hospitality, retail, café service, or as a barista is a plus (but not required)
2. Good German skills required
3. English skills are a plus
4. Strong organizational skills
5. Friendly personality and customer-focused attitude
6. Team player with flexibility and reliability
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
