We are looking for student support in finance and accounting for an internationally active client company. You will have the opportunity to actively participate in the Accounts Receivables team and support international projects. The best part: after intensive training, you can work partly from home!

Your tasks:

You will provide support in the area of Accounts Receivables
In doing so, you will ensure the EDI transmission of outgoing invoices
When creating new customer accounts, you will check the credit limit of customers
Maintaining the customer file and creating clarification cases will also fall within your area of responsibility
In addition, you will provide support in process optimisation projects and in accounting audit

Your qualifications:

You are studying business administration with a focus on accounting
We require very good English skills and advanced German skills
You are very familiar with the MS Office package (especially Excel)
Ideally, you already have experience with SAP FI
You have a hands-on mentality, can quickly find your way around new areas of responsibility and are characterised by very good communication skill

These are the key figures:

You will work at least 15-20 hours per week during the semester and up to 40 hours per week during the semester break
The place of work is Eschborn, with the possibility of working from home after training
The position is for a minimum of one year
