Working Student UI/UX DESIGN (m/f/d)

We are a fast-growing digital agency working at the intersection of strategy,

design and e-commerce. We support ambitious brands and companies in building

digital products, scalable business models and sustainable growth.

As a Working Student in UI/UX & E-Commerce Design, you will work closely

with the management and design team and gain hands-on insight into digital

product design, e-commerce experiences, and real-world decision-making in a

fast-moving agency environment

Responsibilities:

Support the design team in concept development, wire framing, prototyping, and UI

design

Build and maintain Figma libraries, components, and design systems

Assist in creating Shopify storefronts and e-commerce flows

Research UX patterns, competitor benchmarks, and best practices

Help prepare presentations and case studies for clients and internal workshops

Collaborate with strategy, development, and brand to deliver cohesive outcomes

Requirements:

enrolled in a Bachelor’s/Master’s program (Design, HCI, Communication, Digital

Media or similar)

Strong Figma skills (components, auto-layout, prototyping)

A good eye for typography, layout, and visual hierarchy

Basic understanding of UX principles and user flows

Ability to think strategically and connect design to user and business goals

Motivation to grow into more responsibility and own workstreams over time

Ability to work independently, detail-oriented, and reliable

Fluent in English (spoken & written) – German is a plus

Based in Berlin – especially in the beginning, we want you with us on-site
