Working Student – Product Testing & AI Use Cases (m/f/d)

casaios is building an AI Transformation Platform that helps organisations discover AI opportunities, govern them responsibly, drive adoption and prove business value.

We are looking for a Working Student in Product Testing & AI Use Cases who wants to help shape an early-stage AI product.

What you’ll do

1. Test new and existing features of the casaios platform
2. Identify bugs, broken workflows and confusing user experiences
3. Document issues clearly so they can be reproduced and fixed
4. Retest features after changes
5. Give honest feedback from a real user perspective
6. Research practical AI use cases from areas such as Marketing, Sales, HR, Finance, Operations or Customer Service
7. Document and structure these use cases directly in casaios
8. Help us continuously improve both the product and our AI Use Case Library

You may also occasionally join customer meetings or workshops in Munich to see how companies use AI in practice.

What we’re looking for

1. You are currently enrolled at a university
2. Strong interest in AI, digital products and SaaS
3. Structured, analytical and detail-oriented way of working
4. You enjoy testing products and finding things that could work better
5. You can work independently and communicate feedback clearly
6. Very good German and English skills are required
7. Coding skills are not required

Experience with ChatGPT, Claude or similar AI tools is a plus.

The role is particularly suitable for students in Business Informatics, Digital Business, Business Administration, Computer Science, Data/AI, Information Management or related fields.

How we work

20 hours per week, primarily remote, but you should be based in Munich or the surrounding area and available for occasional in-person meetings.

You will work closely with the founder and directly influence how casaios develops.
