Your Responsibilities

You will work closely with the COO and the Finance team to support the day-to-day operations, including:

1. Preparatory work for all payment flows (credit cards, incoming and outgoing invoices)
2. Support with monthly closing activities
3. Controlling, reporting and budget tracking
4. Ad-hoc analyses and special finance-related projects

Your Profile

1. Enrolled student (advanced Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Business Administration, Finance or Economics
2. Please note that fluency in both German and English is required for this role (written and spoken)
3. Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics and work independently while keeping an overview
4. Keen to dive into all aspects of financial operations in a scaling company
5. Strong interest in sustainability and contributing to a more sustainable agricultural system
6. Diligent, reliable, strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
7. International experience is a plus
8. Tech Savvy & excited to work from our office a couple of days per week!
