As a part of the PENTAX Service organisation the role needs to apply a service attitude to external and internal customers by focusing on improving the level of service the incumbent provides. He/She should be able and willing to identify customers’ pain points, their needs and concerns. He/she should also find out what makes the customer successful and find ways to help them achieve that. A quick adaptation to a constantly and fast changing environment is necessary to deliver and ensure the professional handling of the PENTAX equipment in EMEA, which is an integral part of our business success. A pro-active approach to install new agile processes in that field as well as making suggestion to streamline existing processes is required.
Das sind deine Aufgaben:
- Service - Support daily business of the demo department - Processing of Demo pool orders and checking the availability of goods for the received requirements - Order Entry and Management in Navision - Organization and implementation of Demo pool transport equipment - Evaluations and reporting - Administration and follow-up of Demo equipment in case of delayed return - Collaboration on the organization of delivery dates and stock levels - Evaluations and reporting - Data maintenance - Telefone coordination - general operative tasks - Service Project Support General - project work - Support of day-to-day business in the deployed departments - Completing specifically assigned tasks - Support of the continuous improvement process - Vacation and illness representation
Das bringst du mit:
- possibly completed commercial training
- Experience in administration work advantageous
- Good knowledge of ERP and office tools
- Excellent Communication skills Open minded for Change Fluent in English and German High team working skills and willingness to work across departments Agile approach Flexibility and willingness to react proactively on internal and external customer support demands Problem solving capabilities Able to prioritize smartly
