  2. Preparing Customer-Specific Material – Gather data from internal and external databases (such as SAP, Mapis, and NielsenIQ) to craft tailored materials for customer interactions and ongoing market monitoring. Support price calculations, business cases, and offers.
  3. Continuous Improvement and Collaboration – Develop, implement, and enhance reporting tools, and collaborate closely with other commercial functions.
  4. Ensuring Precise Rebate Accounting and Data Management – Track, validate, and communicate to maintain accurate rebate accounting.
  5. Additional Responsibilities for Sales Success – Optimize distribution and promotions to enable flawless sales execution and provide data-based recommendations on pricing, promotion, and assortment strategies.

We’re Looking for Someone With

  1. A degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Controlling, or a comparable field, plus initial work experience or internships in a commercial function.
  2. An analytical mindset, combined with a proactive, results-oriented attitude and a focus on customer experience.
  3. A basic understanding of the German retail environment.
  4. Advanced MS Office skills (Power BI would be a plus).
  5. Market data knowledge (e.g., NielsenIQ, YouGov) would be beneficial.
  6. Proficient German language skills.
  7. High motivation, team orientation, and enthusiasm for dynamic markets.
