We are looking for a proactive and dedicated working student (intern) to support us in our daily operational tasks and assist us in planning and implementing international science and innovation projects. The role requires an independent, reliable and motivated individual who wants to join an ambitious collective of strategists and creatives operating out of a tech- and techno-powered hub of Berlin. futurehain is a purpose-driven strategy agency and creative studio based in Berlin. Das sind deine Aufgaben:
- Assist in various daily tasks and routines, such as administrative duties, data entry and document preparation
- Provide research and analysis for projects in the science and innovation domains
- Partake in day-to-day project management in our broad range of agency activities
- Assist in planning and implementing client and in-house events, workshops and meetings
- Assisting with budget tracking, expense reports, and other financial tasks.
Das bringst du mit:
- Must: Officially enrolled at university with a valid enrolment certificate to a full time study in a field related to creative industries, cultural/science management, economics and/or business administration
- Must: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German (at least level C1 in both languages – not fitting candidates will be automatically rejected)
- Problem-solving skills and a track record of staying on top of things in deadline- and deliverable-oriented environments
- Positive, can-do attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn
- Great communication and teamwork skills
- Advanced user skills in Google Workspace
- Plus: Previous experience as a working student or intern for 3-6 months
- Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage tasks effectively
- Staying on top of things in deadline- and deliverable-oriented environments
