Management Trainee Operations (m/w/d) - Berlin

To support our teams we are looking for YOU - as a Management Trainee Operations (m/f/x)!

The aim of this one-year training is to assign you to the operational management of one of our hostels.

We also welcome applications from: Bachelor / Master graduates in Tourism / Business Administration / Hotel Management and motivated people! Become part of our management team now and manage one of our a&o hostels after the training!

YOUR JOB

As a trainee on our training programme, you will spend three months being thoroughly prepared for your future role as General Manager by working in various areas, e.g. Reception, Food & Beverage and House Management. After just a few months, you will be given your own areas of responsibility. After your training period, you will complete a six-month phase as an Auditor, Guest Relation Manager or Deputy General Manager in order to deepen the a&o knowledge you have learnt.

The induction takes place in our academy centres in Berlin, Prague or Warsaw. And flexibility is also required afterwards until you take over your ‘own’ hotel at one of our locations in Europe.

YOUR PROFILE

You …

1. you have completed a degree/training in tourism, business administration or related fields
2. ideally you have already gained some work experience in the hotel, catering, airline or cruise industry
3. you are characterised by a proactive and independent way of working
4. you think in business terms and are also extremely service-oriented
5. you have very good German and good English skills - we are of course happy to hear about any other language you speak
6. you are flexible (not only in terms of location)
7. ideally you have a car driving licence
