Junior Business Development Manager (DACH, Russian-speaking, Remote)

We're building MR.VIET in Europe, a Vietnamese brand of coffee and snacks.

Our products are already sold in 20+ countries, and now we're focusing on growing in Germany.

We're looking for a Junior Business Developer who will help us figure out what actually works in this market.

This is not a repetitive role. You'll test different approaches and help us build the market.

What you would do

1. searching for potential partners (distributors, retail chains)
2. handle first communication: messages, emails, and calls
3. taking part in meetings, exhibitions, and industry events (when relevant)
4. testing different ways to approach the market and seeing what works

What matters for this role

1. good German (you'll communicate with local partners)
2. Russian and English (internal communication)
3. interest in sales/business development
