Position Summary

Responsible for coordinating and managing the company's import and export operations, as well as handling treasury activities, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other daily financial tasks. The role ensures smooth logistics operations, accurate and timely cash transactions, and compliance with German, EU, and international regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Import & Export Management

1. Coordinate, execute, and monitor international import and export shipments.
2. Maintain daily communication with freight forwarders, customs brokers, logistics service providers, suppliers, and customers.
3. Prepare and review commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, customs declarations, and other import/export documentation.
4. Ensure compliance with German, EU, and international trade regulations.
5. Support customs clearance processes and maintain related records.
6. Maintain HS codes and product import/export information.
7. Track delivery schedules and promptly resolve logistics issues and exceptions.
8. Responsible for daily management of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
9. Carry out bank reconciliation and organize financial documents.
10. Liaise with external tax consultants (Steuerberater), accountants and audit institutions.

Qualifications

Educational Background

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, or completion of German commercial vocational training (Kaufmännische Ausbildung).

Professional Experience

1. 3+ years of relevant experience; outstanding fresh graduates may be considered.
2. Experience in import/export operations, accounts receivable, and accounts payable management.

SAP Experience

1. Hands-on experience with SAP systems is required.

Language Requirements

1. German: Business communication capability.
2. Chinese: Business communication capability.
