Join an Early-Stage Berlin Startup

The Digital Move is a Berlin-based startup helping local businesses modernize through professional websites, AI solutions, digital automation and online growth.

We believe every local business deserves a strong digital presence. As one of our first team members, you'll work directly with the founder and play an important role in helping Berlin businesses discover new opportunities.

Your Responsibilities

1. Visit local businesses in Berlin and introduce our free Business Health Check.
2. Build relationships with business owners.
3. Identify opportunities where businesses can improve their digital presence.
4. Schedule meetings for interested business owners.
5. Support marketing and business development activities.
6. Represent The Digital Move professionally and confidently.

What We're Looking For

1. Currently enrolled at a university in Berlin.
2. Fluent German (minimum B2, ideally C1 or native).
3. Good English communication skills.
4. Friendly, confident and comfortable speaking with people.
5. Interested in startups, entrepreneurship, digital marketing or business development.
6. Reliable, proactive and eager to learn.
7. No previous sales experience required—we will provide training.

Working Hours

10–20 hours per week (flexible)

Languages

1. German: B2/C1 or Native
