About the Role

The Founder's Associate (Working Student) position is a dynamic, early-career opportunity designed for individuals eager to work directly with a company founder on high-impact strategic initiatives. This role operates at the intersection of revenue operations, marketing technology, and business analytics, providing hands-on exposure to a wide range of business functions. The position requires fluency in both English and German, and is ideal for fast learners with strong project management skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and a keen interest in leveraging AI-driven tools to drive business outcomes. The Founder's Associate plays a pivotal role in supporting business operations, optimizing processes, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Create and publish a LinkedIn strategy, leveraging AI-assisted tools to ensure content quality and relevance to target audiences.
  2. Craft and distribute progrommatic outbound campaigns, using AI tools to personalize messaging and improve campaign effectiveness.
  3. Generate and refine analytics templates for both internal use and social media reporting, combining manual efforts with AI-assisted automation.
  4. Execute analytics templates across multiple client accounts, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and actionable insights.
  5. Conduct ad hoc data analysis using Google Sheets, HubSpot, and Salesforce to support business decisions and client reporting.
  6. Administer and maintain Salesforce and HubSpot CRM systems, including user management, data hygiene, and workflow optimization.
  7. Support the technical implementation of HubSpot and Salesforce, including template development for scalable and repeatable processes.
  8. Build and customize dashboards for end-users, providing clear visualizations of key metrics and performance indicators.
  9. Assist with data migration projects, ensuring data integrity and seamless transitions between systems.
  10. Contribute to go-to-market strategy projects by translating technical product requirements into actionable development steps and supporting strategic initiatives as needed.
  11. Manage projects using agile methodologies, holding self and others accountable for task completion, timely delivery, and budget adherence.
  12. Accurately estimate effort for assigned tasks, log hours and proactively communicate progress and challenges.

Required Experience & Skills

  1. No hands-on experience needed. We are intrested in strong project managers that are fast learners and can think creatively
  2. Foundational understanding of revenue operations concepts, including the integration of marketing, sales, and analytics processes.
  3. Experience with LinkedIn content creation, social media engagement, and network building, with proficiency in using AI tools for content generation and optimization.
  4. Competence in data analysis using Google Sheets, with the ability to perform ad hoc reporting and interpret results for actionable insights.
  5. Strong written communication skills for crafting professional emails, social posts, and technical documentation.
  6. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and deliver work on time and within budget constraints.
  7. Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy, especially during data migration and analytics reporting.
  8. Proactive approach to learning new tools and technologies, with adaptability to evolving project requirements.
  9. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and support strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts or other non-business disciplines is preferred, reflecting a broad, adaptable skill set and creative approach to problem-solving.
  2. Familiarity with agile project management methodologies, including sprint planning and task tracking, is beneficial for effective project execution.
  3. Demonstrated experience with AI-assisted content creation tools is desirable and reflects a forward-thinking approach to digital marketing.
  4. English on a Near Native Level, German is also very beneficial

  5. Project Management: Clockify, Notion, and comparable tools for time tracking and collaboration
  6. Email Marketing: HubSpot Email, Mailchimp, or similar platforms
  7. Data Migration: Native CRM import/export tools, CSV manipulation, and data validation utilities
  8. Additional Tools: Google Workspace (Docs, Slides), Slack or Microsoft Teams for communication, and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) for content creation
