A Customer Service Representative (CSR) acts as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering support by answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and processing orders via phone, email, or chat. Key duties include providing product information, updating customer records, and troubleshooting issues to ensure satisfaction.


Core Responsibilities


Customer Support: Addressing inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional, empathetic manner.


Order Processing: Taking orders, processing returns, and handling billing or fees.


Information Provision: Offering detailed information on products and services, including basic troubleshooting or setup.


Documentation: Recording customer interactions, transactions, and complaints in CRM systems.


Issue Resolution: Troubleshooting product issues and escalating complex problems


Required Skills and Qualifications

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


Product Knowledge: Ability to become a product expert to answer questions authoritatively.


Technical Skills: Basic math and computer proficiency, including navigation of service platforms.


Soft Skills: Strong empathy, patience, and the ability to build rapport with clients
