Working Student Project Management & Resource Planning Europe (m/f/x)

YOUR TASKS

1. Assisting with planning and managing projects of different scales in different regions throughout DACH, EMEA, LATAM & APAC
2. Learning and applying standard project management methods in a dynamic multi-project work environment
3. Self managed maintenance of data generated and used within different platforms and tools like Jira, Confluence, MS SharePoint
4. Review documentation of internal processes and best practises for Project Management & Resource Planning
5. Assisting Resource Planning with various tasks being involved within the full project- and order-lifecycle from order to support handover
6. Working closely with other Lawo teams, inside and outside of the professional services group

YOUR PROFILE

1. Fulfil the regulations to qualify as a working student in Germany
2. Desire and passion to learn about broadcast & event industry
3. Structured way of working in a dynamic multi-project environment
4. English and German language ist a must (written and spoken)
5. MS Office365 knowledge
6. Jira & Confluence operational knowledge is a plus
7. Basic knowledge of project management methods and terminology is a plus
