Working Student (f/m/d) focus on Marketing & Events

We’re looking for a Working Student in Marketing with a focus on Event Management to join our team in Munich. In this role, you’ll support various marketing, communication, and event-related tasks while collaborating closely with our Global Marketing team.

Your Responsibilities:

Event Management:

1. Assist in planning, organizing, and executing internal and external events.
2. Coordinate with external service providers (e.g., agencies, stand builders, hotels, catering companies).
3. Support the development of event materials, including programs, websites, mailings, and giveaways.
4. Maintain and update our event database.

Marketing & Communications:

1. Work closely with different business units and external partners.
2. Take ownership of marketing projects and initiatives.
3. Create and manage social media content across relevant platforms.
4. Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities.
5. Assist in preparing presentations and marketing materials.

What You Bring:

1. You are a currently enrolled student in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, Communications, PR, Media, or a related field.
2. You have a structured and independent work style with a strong eye for detail, even under pressure.
3. You are a team player with excellent organizational skills and a proactive mindset.

Your Skills & Experience:

1. Ideally, you have some practical experience in marketing or event management.
2. Proficiency in social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram) and MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
3. Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
4. Fluency in English (mandatory); German is a plus.
