To support our growing European business, we are looking for a Team Assistant to join our Munich office.

Your Responsibilities:

Communication Management / Office Management / Employee Support

✅ Act as the main contact for incoming and outgoing communication (emails, mail, and deliveries)

✅ Collaborate with service providers and external partners to ensure smooth processes

✅ Ensure a welcoming and well-organized office atmosphere

✅ Be the "positive soul" of the office—maintain a clean, aesthetically pleasing, and pleasant working environment

✅ Manage the organization and shipment of after-sales products to customers

✅ Provide general administrative support for employees

✅ Assist with internal coordination and office-related requests

Your Profile

✔ Strong organizational and multitasking skills

✔ Good command of English (German is a plus)

✔ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

✔ Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive

✔ Currently enrolled at a German university (for student job/internship positions)
