Your Responsibilities
  • Inbound telephony for a German bank - important: exclusively in English
  • Independent clarification of customer enquiries
  • Maintaining and updating the customer database
  • Operation of customer-specific IT systems
You're bringing
  • Previous experience in customer service would be desirable
  • Good Germand and very good English skills
  • High service and customer orientation
  • Very good communication skills
What you can expect
  • An attractive hourly wage of 14,85€
  • Regulated working hours from Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 20:00
  • The position is available both full-time and part-time
  • A fully paid 5-week full-time training course for the perfect start
