Mystery Shopper-Get Payed to stay at a Hotel

Hello,

We are looking for people located in Germany, especially for Titisee and Bad Salzuflen to conduct mystery visits in hotels. Who am I? My name is Min Baek and I work at INPROVE Mystery Shopping.

For our clients in the hospitality sector (hospitality), we are conducting mystery visits to evaluate the services and facilities of a large number of stores, restaurants and hotels around the world. We work with some of the biggest brands in Europe, so you will know them for sure! ;)

What exactly does the job consist of? (example of hotels)

- You will stay at hotels for 1 night.

- During your stay, you will complete an online survey with questions about the service and facilities of the hotel. The survey will be in German and your comments must be written in German as well.

How much do we pay for this job?

- The expenses needed to conduct the visit, such as the room for two people, food and drinks, will be refunded.

- In addition, you will receive a fee of 225€. With this money, you will cover your transport expenses.

Where are the hotels located?

We work with several brands so you will find hotels all over Germany but also other countries in Europe (Spain, Netherlands, Portugal, UK, France, and more), LATAM and Asia.

What type of person are we looking for?

- Previous experience in hotels or as a mystery shopper is valuable.

-Age: 25+

- Native or very fluent in German

- fluent in English (it is needed for communication with our team: emails, trainings, etc)

- Attention to detail

Before the visit, we will have a call with you to explain all the details. We will also train you so that you can do the job without any problems and so that you can make numerous visits with us :)

*Mystery Shopper: is a person hired by a company to pose as a regular customer and evaluate the quality of the service, product or overall experience provided by that company. Mystery shoppers typically visit stores, restaurants, hotels or other businesses, and may be asked to shop, ask questions or interact with employees to evaluate various aspects of the customer experience. After a Mystery Shopper conducts a visit, he or she must answer questions provided in an online survey.
