EU-OPENSCREEN is a European Research Infrastructure Consortium (ERIC) with a focus on chemical biology. It was founded in April 2018 and is supported by eight European countries: the Czech Republic, Finland, Germany, Latvia, Poland, Portugal, Sweden and Spain. More countries are preparing their participation.   We offer researchers from Europe and the world access to our compound libraries and a broad range of technologies for the identification of chemical probes and drug candidates. All results are made available in an open access database to support research in life sciences and their applications in medicine and agriculture. Das sind deine Aufgaben:

  • As the assistant for our Finance and Accounting department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Finance and Accounting team in accounting and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) activities. Your responsibilities will include managing incoming invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness, analyzing and reporting on cost tracking using Oracle's ERP solution, and participating in the creation of monthly and yearly financial reporting decks. Additionally, you will be involved in various projects, assisting in documenting processes, and contributing to the automation and optimization of consortium-wide initiatives.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Reliable with attention to detail
  • Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Good Excel Skills and preferably experience with DATEV, Oracle or SAP
