- Become an integral part of our Talent Acquisition Team and attract, hire and retain candidates
- Be responsible for coordinating time-critical tasks with different internal and external stakeholders
- Take care of your own active sourcing on LinkedIn and Stack Overflow
- Get involved in all relevant touch points of our recruitment cycle
- Help us to grow our talent pool and network of potential candidates
- Support building our thriving employer branding, e.g. cooperations or employer profiles
- Contribute to gain relevant content within the company to become a thought leader in digital topics outside Oetker Digital through podcasts, blogs etc.
- Strong interest in recruiting and employer branding topics
- First work experience in Talent Acquisition or Employer Branding or in a similar field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work independently and well structured
- Team oriented, empathic and communicative describe your personality
- Education in a related field
- Fluent in English – German is a plus
