HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

Optile GmbH

Anzeigenbeschreibung

Join our collaborative People Operations Team in Munich, Germany, as International HR Business Partner with a special focus on Employee Retention & Engagement, HR Development and HR Communication.

This role is perfect for you if you enjoy being a proactive, hands-on HR generalist, providing customer-oriented, quality HR services to staff and managers of a designated client group as their trusted HR Business Partner. You know how to handle the daily operational work as much as you like dealing with the bigger picture, e.g., supporting organizational change in a post-merger environment, fostering employee engagement, or optimizing HR processes.

Your tasks

  • You are the first point of contact for all personnel-related operational and strategic issues for our managers and national and international employees in your designated client group.
  • You own strategic HR processes and are keen to take over responsibility with general personnel issues and HR administration for your client group throughout the entire employee life cycle.
  • You build strong relationships and interface with internal and external service providers (Legal; Finance; HR Operations/IT; Payroll) to make things happen for our client groups and provide support in all these areas.
  • You ensure timely recruitment of international talent either as employees, freelancers, or contingent workers through all available channels, working closely with our HR Recruitment specialists.
  • You conceptualize, plan, coordinate, and facilitate Employee Engagement activities, such as remote and/or on-site events, parties and interactive sessions or the provision of benefits, gifts, etc. to employees and their families.
  • You drive talent development and skill acquisition in alignment with departmental and overall corporate needs by designing targeted training concepts and coordinating Europe-wide development activities.
  • You accompany change management processes in the context of a post-merger integration and help drive the continuous optimization of all HR topics (e.g. HR development, performance & talent management or employee retention).
  • You support the VP People Operations with HR-related, internal communication efforts aiming at strengthening employee engagement and providing relevant information in line with company culture and guidelines.

Your profile

  • You have “hands-on” professional experience (2-4 years) as an HR Business Partner or a similar position in operational HR management, preferably in a rapidly growing, constantly changing, international matrix environment.
  • You have a bachelor's, master's, or equivalent degree (in economics, social sciences or similar) with a focus on human resources, or a comparable education.
  • You are passionate about human resources and have implemented and managed a diverse range of HR processes: recruiting, performance management, talent management, training & development, compensation, and more.
  • You have sound knowledge of German labor law and regulations as well as social security law.
  • You have strong consulting skills, service orientation and tact in dealing with various stakeholders and can build effective relationships at all levels.
  • Ideally, you have experience in project management, post-merger-integration and change management.
  • You have an exceptional work ethic coupled with rapid comprehension and a sense of humor.
  • You have a positive mindset, dedicated to creating an enjoyable experience for candidates and employees.
  • You are a strong team player with an international mindset and a communicative, interactive working style.
  • You have excellent communication skills and a passion to immerse yourself in a culture where English is key to collaborate with colleagues from across the globe.
  • You have proven your sense of responsibility, reliability as well as discretion and with your open and empathic personality, you can recognize problems before they arise and tackle them accordingly.
  • You respond with flexibility to changing demands, are able to find suitable solutions and reach compromises in a multi-cultural, complex environment.
  • You are an organized individual, applying a systematic, structured, and proactive approach to work and can draw from your organizational skills.
