We are looking for a

Student Assistant (f/m/div) - Erasmus and Study Abroad

on a part-time (15-20 hours/week) basis.

The contract shall commence as soon as possible and is limited until 31 May 2023. The successful candidate will work with out International Office & Student Life team.

 

Your tasks:

  • Support of the Erasmus & Study Abroad Coordinator with administrative & operative tasks
  • Support with third party funding projects (DAAD Promos & Erasmus Plus)
  • Support during the “Erasmus without paper” project
  • Email and telephone communications with students & partner institutions
  • Assistance with general administrative tasks

 

Your profile:

  • Enrolled student for at least 18 months
  • Affinity for numbers & logical thinking skills
  • Accurate & thorough personality traits
  • Independent working style
  • Native or near native German skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong intercultural competences
  • Fluency in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Open minded and strong communication skills

The hourly wage depends on your qualifications. We offer an hourly rate of EUR 12,00 for undergraduates and EUR 13,00 for students holding a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent degree. Severely disabled applicants are given preferential consideration in the event of equal qualification.
