Canopus IT Solutions is one of the world leaders in the field of IT managed services and data centre support. Since 2016 Canopus IT is providing support to their IT infrastructure and data centre network. We are currently looking for some young, energetic and dynamic IT support engineers to join our team in Germany & All EU countries.
Tasks and duties:
Troubleshooting & Problem solving of workstation related problems
Maintaining Asset Register of all IT equipment in IS Workshop and Department
Managing and maintaining workstations 7/8/10
Implementing workstations 7/8/10
Implementation & Support of MS Office 2000-2013 products including but not limited to MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint
Giving console access to the network.
Network device installed inside the rack.
Installation and Support of Network & Local Printers
Installation of Desktop IP Phones
Required to work long hours from time to time
Setups of iPad, iPhone and Android devices
Ability to do remote support (tools will be provided)
Qualifications and skills:
Previous knowledge about IT and windows support.
Good knowledge about Windows OS and Active Directory
Good knowledge about MS products.
Excellent troubleshooting skill in Windows.
Good knowledge about network devices.
Good communication skill in German & English
Job Type: Full-time/Part-time/Dispatch ticketing task
Salary: 120.00€ to 150.00€ /day
Hourly: 20 to 30 Euro gross
