We are looking for engineers with passion & first experiences in sales strategies. Highly complex SW/digitalization solutions need to be understood to find the optimal sales chain. Don’t be afraid even if you don’t have a well-founded knowledge in sales! Our top sales-management will support you through a mentoring program.
Your tasks
- Create a high impact through your performance and sales activities with existing and new clients
- Create, implement and verify sales strategies & structures in cooperation with technical experts
- Smart business development due to the analysis of the current situation of the market, client requirements and competitors
- Daily business trips to external customers including running own consulting projects
What you bring to the table
- Successful degree (BSc or higher) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Management & Technology or similar
- Well-founded experiences in complex sales structures focused on software solutions and digitalization
- Innovative way of thinking to recognize and realize new trends
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills for future customer acquisition
- Touching points to the automotive or general mobility /smart products industry is a plus
- Highly analytic and entrepreneurial mindset
