We are Studitemps and looking for communicative students (m/f/d) for the area of customer service. Our client is a bank-independent financial services company which provides services in the field of receivables management and financial services from the origination of a receivable, invoicing and processing including the securing of receivables and pre-financing up to the booking of the payment.

- You support customers by phone and by e-mail
- You find fast solutions for special customer requests
- Collection management
- Dunning process
- You are strong in communication and enjoy making phone calls
- You have very good written and spoken English skills
- You speak one of the following languages fluently / at native language level: Spanish, British English, Italian, French
- Ideally you have experience in customer service
- You are confident in using the PC and the Microsoft Office package
- You can flexibly schedule your 20 hours per week to the following opening hours: Mon - Fri from 08:00 - 23:00 Sat - Sun from 08:00 - 16:30
- There is a two-week training, of which at least 1 must be done full-time, which is of course fully remunerated
- The place of operation is in Charlottenburg. The company is only a 5-minute walk from the Siemensdamm underground station.
