We have created a simple to use but powerful solution. Almost no installation at client side is needed.Customers love our product and prefer it over competitors because of the fast and easy setup.

Entirely understand our product.
Capture leads (potential customers) by internet search and record them into our CRM (HubSpot)
Initialize the first contact with the leads by email, LinkedIn, Xing or Facebook.
Enrich lead details which might require phone calls to the front desk of companies (guidelines will be provided)
Answer questions, send out documentation and schedule phone calls for our CEOs.
Maintain the CRM (lead and customer database) tidy.
Collaborate on the creation of content to support our marketing campaigns eg. white papers, how-to-guides, datasheets, product guides, expert guides and optionally videos.
Send out press statements
As we are a very small team, everyone needs to be self-driven and also willing to take on responsibility for other areas beyond your core task. We don't expect you to be an expert, but interested in other tasks like:
write blog posts and collaborate on maintaining our social profiles up to date.
answer customers questions (likely via mail or chat)
create reports about sales activities
proofreading of texts
Learning our new features by testing them in the pre-release stage
supervise and optimize online marketing campaigns
You should be technology affine, otherwise, it would be hard to understand our product.
Sales experience is a plus but not required. You should love communication and writing a lot of emails.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English. German language is a strong plus, but not mandatory.
Your computer is your best friend and not your enemy.
Flexible work hours and the ability to work from your home (due to the different time zones many phone calls must be done outside the usual German work hours)
Basic knowledge of simple graphics editors for resizing and cropping screenshots.
Ability to maintain your laptop on your own (Mac Book or other Laptop will be provided but you can also bring your own).
Willingness to learn, watch tutorials about HubSpot and read books about writing good texts.
You must be located in Potsdam, Berlin or the near surroundings. The onboarding phase takes place in our office in Potsdam.
Working at least 20 hours per week. More is possible on a voluntary and flexible basis.
Stable and excellent internet connection at home (DSL)
