The role comprises:
- Account management of existing customer base in selected European PV markets
- Expansion of customer base in selected European PV markets
- Planning & coordination of sales enhancing marketing activities with and for customers
- Implementing & executing customer bonding programs
- Pre-sales activities (such as cold calling, emails, social networking, market analysis, sales pitching)
- After-sales activities (such as complaint management and sales projections)
- Participation and representing the company at European networking events (exhibition & conferences)
- Frequent business travel in Europe and to India
- Interaction with C-Level Management at European PV companies

The ideal candidate should have:
- University Degree (minimum BA level)
- Fluency in English and German (written & verbal); additional European languages preferred
- Work experience of 2-3 years (in a sales role is preferred)
- International work experience (in or outside Europe)
- The zeal and ambition to work in a multi-national & multi-cultural environment
- A good understanding of sales & marketing techniques (through studies or work experience)
- An open mind to learn every day from everyone inside and outside the company
- Ability and willingness to go the extra mile to help the company and customers grow
