About Us and some Context

We are setting up a new, future-oriented digital marketing and sales operation. We are currently looking for one or more Inside Sales or Business Development Representative to strengthen our team in Hamburg for a project for one of the leading machine manufacturers in Germany. We are a team of Digital Sales, Marketing and Strategy Experts with backgrounds in leading Strategy Consulting companies and as leaders of Sales teams.

About the Position

As one of our Inside Sales or Business Development Representative you will be responsible for further qualifying already generated leads (client contacts) via digital marketing channels. You are using e-mail and telephone with the goal of setting up appointments (onsite or phone) for the clients’ existing sales team. You will receive an excellent ramp-up in the client’s industry and solutions. We will also establish marketing automation and smart ways of working. A very good bonus component makes this a very interesting opportunity for every strong sales person.

Your Tasks

  • You call and qualify existing leads from our clients’ CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce or Hubspot)

  • You activate inbound leads at international companies to set up a first appointment (Sales Call)

  • Your goal is to arrange appointments with potential customers and keep them in touch with and enthusiastic about the company

  • You are able to plan your working day independently and measurable results are important for your success

Your Background

  • 2+ years of experience in a client facing role as a Pre-Sales Agent or Inside Sales Agent or similar role

  • Able to work in a structured environment and able to use CRM solutions (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot or similar)

  • Fluent in German and English
