For our location in Berlin we are currently looking for a highly motivated and friendly


Customer Service Agent in Danish, German & English

Working as a customer care agent you take requests from our customers, help them with the use of the homepage and advise on the phone as well as via email and fax. The requests mainly include questions about orders, supplies and claims. Furthermore you help translate templates as well as ad hoc questions on our social media channels.


What you can offer to us is:

- Excellent Danish, German and English skills – in written and spoken form

- Experience in or passion for customer care, preferably in ecommerce

- Great communication skills

- Good MS Office knowledge

- Customer-oriented personality

- Solution-oriented work style

- Ability to multi-task

- Flexibility, reliability and ability to work in a team
