The International team is looking for a Global Operations Intern (f/m) to join the central global squad of smart and driven people who work closely together with our entities worldwide to ensure each and every entity performs in their most efficient way. Together with the senior management and the local teams you’ll make sure best practices are shared across all entities be responsible for the roll-out of global projects.

Your mission:

Support the Team in NPS data mining in order to identify detraction/promotion drivers and work toward solutions on improving the customer experience
You will analyze, request and help create reports with the local BI teams and create PowerPoint presentations
You take ownership for our gizmo survey tool
You support the team with the Global roll-outs of Ops related standards
You conduct competitive industry research and analysis
You will analyze trends in our data and provide insight and explanation
You help Identify best practices and help share these across the entities

Your heroic skills:

You ideally have already successfully completed the 3rd semester of your studies in business administration, computer science, engineering or economics or a related field
You are data driven and have exceptional analytic skills with a strong attention to detail as well as a hands-on mentality
You’ve gained experience working with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
You are motivated, well-organized, detail-oriented and flexible
You thrive in collaborating with multiple personalities and communicating with all levels of the organization
You have excellent English language skills
