The Junior Sales Manager position is a great place to start your sales career at Glory Global Solutions. The intention of this position is to provide a training ground and to become enabled to graduate and take on an own account base. While assisting the Senior Sales Team in every aspect of the partnership between Glory Global Solutions and our customers, the Junior Sales Manager will learn our products, markets, industry and sales process and skills.

The Junior Sales Manager will be a direct point of contact for customers and the Senior Sales Team to assist in product and application inquiries, expediting the sales process and following through with customer requests.


  • Support Senior Sales and Sales Director in their daily work
  • Act resourcefully and in an innovative way to solve problems and complete tasks
  • Support the European / German Sales Director in developing a new Sales structure and reporting / communication system for Germany and the EU countries
  • Communicate constructively to management and team members on problems, ideas or any other insights to assist in defining new ideas, policies and procedures
  • Use the chance and develop Senior Sales skills
  • Prepare proposals and consult on solutions
  • Link the Admin and Sales department
  • Control sales progress in key projects
  • Customer service and account development
  • Participation in marketing programs and events
  • Quote prices, prepare proposals and provide information regarding terms of sales and delivery dates.
  • The Junior Sales will learn to identify the specific needs of clients, departments and entire organizations and how Glory meet those needs
  • Start to develop relationships with customers through the use of personal activities, phone calls, events and various other methods
  • Report to management on customer relationships, pipeline, forecasts and new prospects


  • Strong analytical troubleshooting skills
  • Professional, creative and dynamic presence and the ability to communicate with people at all levels
  • Excellent written and verbal skills at technical and professional levels in German and English
  • Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills in German and English
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Work well in a team and independently
  • Keen intelligence and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of the Retail industry is a plus
  • Willing to travel (within Germany and maybe Europe)
