About us:

ClipFlip is about to start a new age of Online TV. We are a dynamic and innovative internet startup located in the centre of Hamburg. From here, our young and international team develops and manages the groundbreaking ClipFlip App for smartphones, enabling ambitious video producers to direct video clips and monetize their talent all over the world. We successfully market the clips on video portals as well as websites and provide thousands of viewers worldwide with helpful tips, tricks and tutorials on a daily basis.  

Who we are looking for:

To support our team, we are currently looking for interns who want to actively support our ClipFlip editing, community management and online marketing teams. Ideally, applicants will be looking for a six month internship, during which they will gain a comprehensive insight into the development and workings of a new and innovative multi-media organisation. If you are a creative and ambitious person with a passion for video and have the confidence and ability to communicate your ideas to a multi-national team of colleagues, then you are exactly what we are looking for.

Your profile:

• You are a student or graduate with an interest in TV & film production, communication sciences or humanities
• You are an English or French native speaker with a basic understanding of German or a German native speaker
• You have keen interest in video production and can explain your knowledge to others
• You're creative and confident to share your ideas with others
• You are an open minded person with strong communication skills
• You are ambitious, highly motivated, resilient and responsible

Your duties:

• Active participation in video production and topic selection
• Systematic acquisition of video producers through various channels
• Technical support for our video producers
• Support of online marketing and Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Working with the Content Management System (CMS)
• Personal responsibility for acquisition of projects

Remuneration and working hours:

• Duration: 4 to 6 months
• Location: Hamburg city centre
• Type: full-time internship (40 hours per week)
• Remuneration: 500 EUR / 700 EUR (month 1-3 500 EUR; 4-6 700 EUR)
