Beschreibung:

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The business unit KPS (Knowledge Productization Services) the global training provider for
customers partners and employees. With around 300 employees in the global organization,
KPS produces and delivers innovative and services and training products to support knowledge
transfer and application. Our ‘Internal Learning Consultancy’ team is responsible for providing
support to internal business areas within SAP with the planning and execution of strategic
personal development programs. With that we particularly support our customers in the
conceptual development phase through the development of a business case, training needs
analysis, the selection of external vendors, as well as budget, production and delivery planning.
We accompany the execution phase of the KPS services in close cooperation and coordination
with KPS Production and Delivery Services. An important part of our approach to Consulting
involves the integration of innovative learning technologies and methods (e.g. Podcasts, Virtual
Classrooms, Instructional Video, Web 2.0 Services, Blended Learning).

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
We are looking for an Intern (f/m) to work in our team on our demanding, but exciting projects.
As a part of this role you will be fully integrated into all project phases and decision processes,
and depending on your strengths, you can get involved in many project activities. Being a global
team you will find that regular contact with international colleagues and frequent virtual meetings
belong to your daily activities.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Student (f/m) at a university or technical college (Higher Education)
Preferred field of study: Psychology(A&O Psychology), Business Administration focused on
Human Resource Management or Pedagogy/Education
Very good skills with the MS Office suite; especially Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Very good spoken and written English
Initiative, flexibility, commitment and passion
Very good communication skills and teamwork
