Beschreibung:

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The SAP Global Idea Management organization provides the processes, services and tools toall
SAP employees worldwide required to foster and support continuous innovation across SAP.
The organization collects, evaluates and supports the implementation of employee ideas
thatstrive to improve the quality and efficiency of processes within the company. It is composed
of a central team in Walldorf / Germany and a globally located virtual network of idea
management teams across the regions.Global Idea Management is responsible for attaining
cost savings and efficiency gains for assigned regions or organizations.
The team works together with regional and central senior management to explain and position
SAP’s idea / innovation management goals and solutions and help to implement and roll-out into
their landscape.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

Support Head of Global Idea Management in day to day activities like meeting scheduling,
presentation preparation and planning
Organize and maintain budget and other financial and administrative records on
personnel,equipment, facilities, and other elements
Coordinate regular stakeholder updates in collaboration with other teams
Research and prepare documentation and deliverables for meetings and workshops
Support marketing and communication campaigns
Manage system administration for idea management tools

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Student (f/m) of a university or a university of applied sciences (FH) of Industrial Engineering
(Wi-Ing), Business Administration and / or Marketing
Very good knowledge of MS Office
Proficent in using internet
Open Source programming languages is a plus
SAP basic knowledge is a plus
Excellent level of German and English, both written an spoken
Team oriented, analytical, quick learner with a drive for results
Initial work experience (internship or apprenticeship) would be an advantage
